3. Power, shelter, steps — with a date
For each place, three facts from the directory operator: «yes», «no» or «unknown», and the date it was checked. Outdated data is flagged.
This is a fictional sample directory that shows how the search works: these places and addresses do not exist. The real directory is kept by an operator, every fact with a source and a date.
The engine adds the ordering rule to every answer. The directory cannot store a listing fee, so a fee cannot change the order.
Order: first how well a place meets your needs (yes > unknown > no), then proximity (same district or town > neighbouring > same bank; metro stops), then name. Listing fees and any terms of cooperation do not affect the order and are not stored in the directory.
